Domicile One Realty to host KC’s First Employer Assisted Housing Forum


Grandview, Mo. – July 7, 2016 – Domicile One Realty will host a forum on how KC Metro employers can offer local employees real estate assistance as a part of their company benefit package. The event will be held on July 14th at the Holiday Inn Express (12801 S71/49 Hwy. Grandview, MO) from 9:00a.m. - 11:00a.m. Invited guests include area employers, non-profit groups, HR professionals and elected officials.

According to a National Association of Realtor’s Buyer Survey, four of every 10 real estate transactions involve a first time homebuyer. 79% of those are between the ages of 20 and 32.
